Whether you're planning a coastal ceremony, a garden reception, an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, each arrangement is thoughtfully designed to complement the setting and style of your day.

We source, prepare and design all wedding florals in our Pottsville studio, delivering across the Tweed Coast and surrounding regions – from Kingscliff, Casuarina, Cabarita, Pottsville and Brunswick Heads through to the Gold Coast, Byron Bay and nearby hinterland venues.

Planning wedding flowers should feel exciting and collaborative, and leave you feeling confident that your florist understands your vision for the day.

Renee works closely with each couple to design florals that feel personal and thoughtfully considered. From the first enquiry through to sourcing flowers and arranging bespoke creations for your wedding day, the process is designed to keep things clear, creative and stress-free.

Throughout the planning process we stay in touch, keep you updated, and are always happy to answer questions as you move closer to the day. Here’s how the process unfurls...

  • Fill out our enquiry form to share your wish list, colour palette, style and mood so we can understand your vision.

  • Either in person or over the phone, we’ll catch up to better understand your vision for the day and make sure we’re aligned on all things floral for your big day.

  • We’ll step away and prepare your quote. Please allow a little time, as weddings are no small thing! We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

  • If you’re happy with your quote and everything feels aligned, let’s go ahead and book you in. We’ll need a 30% deposit and signed T&C’s to secure your booking.

  • Final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. This allows us to confirm and order your flowers.

While you don’t have to stick strictly to seasonal flowers, thinking about what’s naturally in season is highly recommended when planning your wedding florals. Seasonal blooms tend to offer better quality, stronger durability throughout the day, and are often significantly more cost-effective than flowers that need to be sourced out of season.

  • We recommend booking your wedding flowers as early as possible, especially for weddings during peak seasons. Ideally, 6–12 months before your wedding gives us plenty of time to plan and secure your preferred flowers.

  • Simply send us your wedding date, venue, style and floral requirements through our enquiry form If you have a Pinterest board, inspiration photos or a mood board, we’d love to see them too. We’ll then put together a personalised quote for you.

  • Absolutely! You don’t need to know the names of flowers or exactly want you want. Tell me your style, colours and overall vision, and we will guide you through the options and help bring your wedding flowers to life.

  • We’re happy to discuss your preferred flowers, colours and overall style. As flowers are seasonal and availability can change, we may occasionally need to substitute a flower with something similar in style, colour and value.

  • Yes, we can arrange delivery and setup depending on your venue and requirements. Delivery and setup fees will be included in your personalised quote.

  • Where practical, yes. We can discuss this with you when planning your wedding flowers. A relocation/setup fee may apply depending on what is required.

  • Once you’re happy with your quote, we’ll confirm your booking with the 30% deposit and signed Terms & Conditions.

    Your wedding date is then secured and we can begin working through the finer details of your flowers.
