Our Flowers

We hand-select and condition every stem to give your flowers the best possible start. With proper care — fresh water, a cool placement away from direct sun and heat, and a trim every couple of days with fresh water — you can expect your flowers to last up to 7 days or longer.

Because flowers are a natural, perishable product, their appearance and vase life can vary depending on the variety, season and conditions in which they are kept.

Flower Substitutions

As flowers are seasonal and availability can change, we may occasionally need to substitute a particular flower, colour or foliage. We will always aim to maintain the overall style, size, colour palette and value of your arrangement. Where possible, we will contact you if a significant substitution is required.

Refunds & Quality Concerns

Because flowers are a natural, perishable product, refund requests are reviewed individually, taking into account the flower variety, conditions and care provided. If something isn’t right, please get in touch within 2 days of delivery with clear photos of the whole bouquet and any specific flowers of concern, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Cancellations & Changes

For everyday flower orders, 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to the selected delivery date. Once flowers have been prepared, arranged or delivered, cancellations or changes of mind may not be possible.

Delivery

Please ensure the delivery address and contact details provided are correct. If no one is available to receive the flowers, we may leave them in a safe location where possible.

If we are unable to safely leave the flowers and a second delivery is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.

We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details or the recipient being unavailable.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before your order can be confirmed and prepared for delivery or collection.

Custom Orders

Custom arrangements, special requests and larger orders may require additional notice. Once flowers have been ordered or the arrangement has been prepared, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Photos & Design

Our arrangements are created using seasonal flowers and are designed to reflect the style, colour palette and value selected at the time of ordering. As every arrangement is handmade, your flowers may vary slightly from photographs shown on our website or social media.
