Refunds/Our Freshness Promise

We hand-select and condition every stem to give your flowers the best possible start. With proper care — fresh water, cool placement away from direct sun and heat, and a trim every couple of days — you can expect your flowers to last five to seven days or sometimes longer.

Because flowers are a natural, perishable product, refund requests are reviewed individually, taking into account variety, conditions, and care. If something isn’t right, get in touch within two days of delivery with clear photos of the whole bouquet and any specific flowers of concern, and we’ll sort out a fair resolution.

Cancellations 

Cancellations and change of mind for everyday flowers. If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind, a minimum of 24 hour’s notice before the selected delivery date is required. Please message directly to 0403 785 205.
